Since 2013, The Bridal Planner Co., Ltd., based in Phuket, has provided premium wedding & event services across Thailand.
We are committed to creating a well-balanced environment for future generations by adhering to sustainable business practices that the company considers important in terms of the environment, society, and economy.
As of 2024, The Bridal Planner Co., Ltd. is a certified event organizer by Thailand Sustainable Event Management Standard, initiated by the Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) in 2018.
Operational guideline
Environment – The company uses natural resources responsibly by reducing electricity consumption and focusing on reducing the environmental impact caused by the event, including using 3R and reducing the amount of waste generated during the event.
Social aspect – To ensure the safety of personnel involved in event activities as well as the development and well-being of Company employees
Economic aspect – Personnel who perform activities related to the event are mainly hired from the local community by the Company.
Chonlada Lafferty
Founder & Director
Originally from Bangkok, Chonlada spent 8 years in the oil and gas industry in the Middle East and Africa before switching to the wedding industry following her Phuket wedding in 2013. Chonlada oversees all operations and leads her team to the highest standards. Chonlada enjoys spending time with her husband and son, scuba diving, and camping.
Ice
Senior Wedding Planner
Ice joined The Bridal Planner in 2017 as a trainee during her studies in event management at Glion Hospitality School in Switzerland. She took on a junior planner role, assisting in high-profile events during her senior year at Bangkok Assumption University before permanently relocating to Phuket in 2022 after graduation. Ice enjoys free diving, themed parks, and aquariums.
Best
Wedding Planner
After working in a luxury hotel as a guest service officer for 7 months, Best found her calling at The Bridal Planner in 2023. With a master’s degree in Arts from the University of Kent, England and her excellent detail orientation, she is a great addition to our team. Best loves to bake and often participates in charity bake sales.
Imm
Wedding Sylist and Event Designer
After graduating from Chulalongkorn University in 2017, Imm joined The Bridal Planner and returned to Phuket instead of pursuing a career as an architect in Bangkok. Using a sustainable approach, she keeps up with international floral styling trends with a classy and elegant style in her design. Imm has an old soul. She enjoys attending symphony concerts and art museums.
Jen
Admin Account
In June 2023, Jen moved to Phuket right after graduating from Mae Fah Laung university with a degree in accounting. Like most accountants, Jen shines behind the scenes, is tech-savvy, and has a strong work ethic. Jen is a great team player and always ready to assist. She loves animals and enjoys watching makeup tutorials in her spare time.
Jeab
Production Specialist
A graduate of Thammasat University with a major in Product Design, Jeab joined The Bridal Planner in November 2022. Jeab manages our warehouse inventory, leads our production workshop and is in charge of logo design. She enjoys drawing, hand sketching, and playing with her cats in her spare time.
Toey
Junior Designer
Toey has a fashion degree from Chulalongkorn University. She assists Imm in mood board preparation, graphic design, production management and equipment check list. In her spare time, she enjoys drawing and listening to music.
Mai
Planner Assistant
Mai has a first degree honor in English major from Thammasat university. She is the kindest and most patience and well organized. Mai handles new inquires, manage wedding websites as well as support coordination team onsite.
Mint
Food & Beverage Coordinator
In addition to her high school diploma from Melbourne, Mint has over 10 years of experience as a staff member and owner in the restaurant and food service industry before moving back to Thailand and joining The Bridal Planner in 2024 as Wedding Planner Assistant. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband.
