I could not have chosen a better team

There is really no comparison because with a destination wedding, we needed someone we could trust locally and someone to help us deal with the culturally different vendors. No hidden surprises, every dollar was accounted for. Chonlada is calm, courteous, polite, and orchestrated the whole event like an experienced maestro.

 

We had our wedding at Sava Villas in Natai Beach and had booked out the entire estate of 7 villas for 4 days with over 120 international guests from around the world flying into Phuket. Out of the 7 villas, we used 5 of them for different events and parties that spanned over 3 full days. Every villa was decorated differently for each event. We are not an easy group to please, and this was not an easy 3-day-wedding to pull off given the amount of activities and the challenges of executing these events.

Chonlada, May, and the rest of the team at TBP were beyond creative, extremely professional, and gave us the flexibility and support to dream up a spectacular event space. We gave them a theme, and they helped us style our wedding over and over until we were 100% satisfied. Their commitment levels are high and response times are fast whether by whatsapp / emails / or skype. When you work with them, you will feel like you are their only client. When onsite and in front of our guests, they work quietly in the background as if they are not even there.

Their attention to detail and ability to orchestrate events on strict timelines made our wedding days flow flawlessly. There are so many vendors onsite that I cannot imagine being able to manage all of them without their help. These included my wedding party, caterers, villa staff, video and photographers, caterers, transportation drivers, celebrant, DJ, the lighting and sound technicians, florists, the fireworks, fireshow performers, and my event MC’s. I’ve seen other people import overseas wedding planners, and all I can say is that when you have someone that can communicate to you fluently in English, and vendors fluently in Thai – it makes all the difference in saving time and most importantly your money.

Our wedding turned out exactly as we had dreamed of it and it would have not been possible without Chonlada and May working with us so passionately.

 

My wife Liza and I got married in Phuket on the first weekend of April 2016. We live in India and so it was a huge task for us to try and coordinate all the arrangements and details for the wedding. As we had 100 guests flying in from all over the world to attend the wedding and booking out 60 villas at the Amatara wellness resort in cape panwa for 3 days! With various events planned in the hotel and after parties and dinners planned outisde the hotel.

Thank GOD for the Bridal planner (Chonlada and May) along with their super experienced team. They really made sure each and every detail was taken care of and perfect. Working with them was an amazing experience and they were super professional and caring of our needs and wishes.

Our wedding turned out exactly as we had dreamed of it and it would have not been possible without Chonlada and May working with us so passionately. They made our dreams come true. Even now months after the wedding we still have our friends come up to us and talk about how amazing a wedding it was and how all the arrangements were perfect!!! They also brough amazing vendors to work with us like Iamflower for the decor, Somboon and his team for the transportation and darin images who captured the most exquisite and timeless photos!! Really WOW!

Amazing, professional, can-do team!

My wife and I are from Sydney, but live in NYC and wanted a wedding in Phuket. We’d spent a lot of time in Phuket before and thought we’d be able to organize everything ourselves. 2 months before our wedding, we caved and realized we were out of our depth and needed the help of a wedding planner. Without any hesitation, Chonlada and May at the Bridal Planner jumped on the phone with us and gladly took on our wedding! We really couldn’t believe they agreed to do it given the short time frame and the requests we were asking for – but they did and not once showed any signs of being overwhelmed.

My top 3 pros:

1. Incredibly organized (e.g. detailed run sheets, contacts, vendors). Makes you feel at ease knowing they are on top of the detail, they know where all your guests are (by name!) and where you and wife should be at all times! One of the most impressive moments was when I had to change the seating plan the night before and I realized May had memorized the name of each of my guests on that table! Amazing.

2. Very responsive to all questions (responds on email or phone same day). This made us feel really confident in their ability, especially when you’re trying to organize from another country. There’s no English barrier at all, Chonlada speaks perfect English and is very switched on.

3. Respectful of our budget. Not a single dollar was unaccounted for and no surprise charges at the end of the day. Very detailed budgets and costs sheet prepared. There was some items we wanted to spend on and some we didn’t care too much about. Chonlada and May were really great at showing us the different options available to us at different budgets. Bottom line was that whatever option we took, they assured us it would look tasteful and coordinated with our overall wedding theme.
For a destination wedding, there’s a lot that you can’t foresee. But when you have wedding planner like Chonlada and May, they make you feel at ease, no request is too hard (no matter how late you ask them… even a few hours before) they are there and they deliver!

Our wedding was absolutely amazing. Everything was above and beyond what we ever imagined.

The Bridal Planner Is Just Amazing! We cannot express enough gratitude to Chonlada (Nam), May and the wonderfully talented & creative team at the Bridal Planner. They literally blew our minds away.

My husband and I live in Singapore and we planned our three day wedding event with Nam using whatsapp, skype and email. Nam was always available, she would always keep us updated, would instantly answer any questions we had and would always go out of her way to make things happen. She thinks for you, makes great suggestions and delivers what she promises. She is so intuitive – she clearly understands what her bride wants and can execute her vision down to the FINEST details. The wedding was EXACTLY the way we had planned it…. EXACTLY!! I am still in awe at how all three days were executed so flawlessly and beautifully.

Thank you Nam and the team at the Bridal Planner for keeping everything under control, for dealing with all the crazies and making the wedding completely stress free for us so we could enjoy every minute of it.

The Bridal Planner is truly the most outstanding wedding planning team out there. One of our guests (who is a mother of two) shouted out that night after the fireworks – BEEEEEST WEEEDDING EVEEEER!!!
