No words can begin to express how much we appreciate everything that you have done for us! Now that we’re back in Singapore, it’s finally sinking in that our wedding is over after all that hard work and months of planning.

Thank you for being on that journey with us. Looking back at our wedding, it was truly the perfect fairytale wedding that we’d dreamt of.

Thank you so much for making it all happen despite the glitches and difficulties a certain party threw at us! We know it wasn’t easy for you as well, but you guys worked behind the scenes tirelessly to make sure everything ran as smoothly as it possibly could to pull of our dream wedding.

The decor was spot on – everything we envisioned. Thank you for bringing it to life after months of discussions over whatsapp messages! We didn’t even get to see it but we saw many photos our guests posted as they loved it too.

Thank you for always being contactable and for your immediate replies, whether it was past midnight or weekends! We appreciate all that you’ve done for us. Thanks once

The most difficult part of wedding is at the beginning. We’ve got lot of information about what a perfect wedding should be, which makes it harder for us to make a choice.For example, hotel wedding, chapel wedding, or beach wedding? We don’t know how to choose because we like almost all of them.

Besides, the theme color, the flower, the arrangement for the reception dinner, the accommodations and the transportation, too many details needed to be considered. These problems almost drive us crazy.

We choose to hold our wedding in Phuket because of the beach the sunshine and the tasty Thai food, while the weakness of holding such a oversea ceremony is that we can not check everything by ourselves. Fortunately we’ve got the Bridal Planner, who helped us to plan the wedding from April, and after 5 months’ communication and preparation, we had the wedding we didn’t even dream about.

Chonlada is a very proactive wedding planner. She was keeping to update us the progress of the preparation. Most of time we communicate through whatapp and wechat, and she always responds in time.

We flew to Phuket 3 months before our wedding and met her for the first time. She took a full day to show us all the suitable hotels, restaurants and the Chapel, therefore we could make the decision easily and reasonably.

After we finally decided the theme color, Chonlada even traveled to the other place to buy the color-matched plates for better decoration, which was so touching. Besides, She also gave us many suggestions to save money, or what to do, to get our money’s worth.

On the wedding day, Chonlada with two helpful and friendly staff, gave us the lovely cake, the gorgeous flowers, and the perfect decorated chapel and the unforgettable dinner. Everything was so nice and the process run very smoothly.

We are watching the photos again and again and one can’t explain in words how beautiful this all was. Not only by our opinion but also by our friends opinion, who have repeatedly described this as “the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to”. And believe me – as most of our guests were artists or performers, they have been in thousands of weddings.

We started to plan our wedding just a month before the wedding date and looking to hundreds of bridal planner websites in the web we were quite afraid of what we will get. But then there was one, which was out of question most stylish for us – it was yours, www.bridalplannerphuket.com As we are from Estonia, Europe – we had no idea from where to start planning the wedding in Thailand.

We had some general idea, that we want it to happen near the beach and look cute. smile emoticon After we got the confirmation from Chonlada, that they are crazy enough to organize our wedding with so short notice and planning time, we really couldn’t imagine that this actually all happens as beautiful as we imagined and even more. Chonlada handled everything very smoothly, understood our wishes even without asking them.

We were spending a lot of hours on Skype and Chonlada was always there, when we had a question or idea about whatever. Even at nighttime. The photographers, the florists, the food, the location – every single person with who Chonlada works are we’re sure the best professionals in Thailand!

Dear Chonlada, Where do I even begin? I feel as though I’m writing a break-up letter because it’s been such a long time and I’m not really ready to acknowledge that it’s over! You and your team produced the happiest day of our lives!

When I first contacted you in late 2013, you stood out from the other Phuket Wedding planners because you were always so prompt to reply and answered EVERY question I emailed you (sometimes instantaneously!).

I felt that you valued my input, and that my wedding wasn’t going to follow some cookie-cutter template. As a self-confessed control-freak, the idea of having a wedding overseas was only possible if I found someone I could really trust.

Throughout the planning process you were always so open to different ideas and made it so much fun. I will remember our skype conversations with you singing and dancing to songs that you thought would be good for the wedding. You were always very honest with us, there was never any bias. At one point, Matt and I considered changing the venue due to some negative reviews we read online. That very week you visited the venue and noted all the positives and negatives and fed them back to us. The decision was ours to make and we felt very supported by you.

I’d also like to make a special note about May. Wow! What a gem! She is so creative, funny and kind. You two make an absolute dream team! Brides to be who are a searching for a wedding planner, you only get to see their end product in photos and videos, and of course it will always look beautiful. But don’t forget about all the background work that goes on. Chonlada and May were there from the very beginning to the very end making sure the day runs effortlessly for you (I went to sleep at 1am and she was still around packing up!). Chonlada, you laughed at my relaxed state on the wedding day because I was lying on the couch eating a banana 5 minutes before the bridal procession. That was only possible because I trusted entirely that you had everything under control, and you did!

Thank you a thousand times. You are the perfect balance of professionalism, efficiency, humor and kindness. I can’t wait to see all the weddings you produce in the future and I would recommend you in a heart beat! I will miss you and our regular emails, I wish I could have another wedding!
