Everything was so perfect, so beautiful

all my guests said this is the best wedding they have ever been to!

Dear Chonlada and May: my dearest dream makers, how are you doing? it has been a month since my breath taken wedding in Phuket Thailand, I think you are still as busy as always, helping the bridals from all over the world, make their dream weddings come true 

8 months ago, we met in Phuket Thailand first time in my villa hotel , actually I have already met 5 Phuket wedding planning companies on the same day before you, but I have to say when I saw you the first sight, I knew you are the one gonna help me to plan my wedding because of your fluent English (My husband is Danish, and I’m a Chinese lives in Denmark for 10 years, so a good communication with an English speaking wedding planner is very very important for us) and after a one-hour talk, after you show me all your international weddings you did before, all the fabulous decorations you made, all the pictures of the happy couple’s faces, I was more sure that you would be the one to make my dream wedding come true!!!!

And now I can say i made the most right choice  During the half an year wedding planning period, I was so impressed about how dedicate you are for your job, we have 7 hours time difference, but no matter what time i text you, you can always reply me in a second, I was so doubtful if you ever get any sleep, but you said “no customer wants to have late reply!” no matter how difficult requirements i gave to you, how critical budget I made for you, you two are like superwoman can always make them happen !!! on the wedding day, you two just made everything above my expectation, when i saw the breath taken venue decoration, i already have my tears in my eyes before the ceremony, everything was so perfect, so beautiful.

I was very worried and stressed in the beginning of the wedding day, but when I saw you made everything under control and you are always everywhere to make sure everything running smoothly, finally I can be a relaxed bride! besides the wedding, you even helped me to arrange all the transportation, guests gifts, my awesome bachelor party and so on… you did everything you can to make sure it is not only a weeding, but also a big family-friends gathering:-) all my guests said this is the best wedding they have ever been to!

Sorry, maybe I’m writing too much now, but seriously I can talk for days about how good you are and how much I love my wedding! I think after this wedding, i have two more Thai friends in Phuket, and I really hope we can meet up in the future when I go to Thailand! all the best wishes and I’m very very very sure your wedding planning company gonna be huge in the future because YOU DESERVE IT!!!

Dear May,

After 2 months it is finally time to write to you and to say a big thank you to you and your team.

But let’s start from the beginning. When we decided to marry in Thailand, we contacted a few wedding planners. After sending 2,3 emails we were really impressed by the reactivity of Chonlada and so it was a done deal, and we were signing the contract to work together for our fairytale wedding.

When we first came in March to Thailand, we met May who helped us find THE place for the wedding, and after looking to 3 places, she understood what we wanted and brought us to an amazing hotel called Impiana. We directly knew the wedding would take place at this hotel. Thanks to her, we also met an extraordinary florist, an amazing hairdresser and a fantastic pastry chef.

After coming back to Switzerland, we sent hundreds of emails and even more whatsapp conversation but it was worth it because thanks to that, we had our dream wedding.

We came to Thailand in November to celebrate our wedding, May was really helpful and even though she was busy with other weddings she took the time to come and meet with us 2 times before the wedding day and she answered all our last minutes questions and finished to plan the Day!

So here we are, the wedding day, one of the most beautiful and important of our lives! While we were in our respective villas getting ready, we could see everything happening and the set-up, it was magical! When I walked down the aisle, I saw the decoration and was amazed by how beautiful it was and how this was exactly what we wanted! It was just unreal! 2 months later, our family and friends are still talking about this fascinating moment they lived thanks to us, and by us, it means you!

During the wedding we had a few issues with the hotel employers, one of the biggest was that they burn my veil an hour before the wedding, but May and her team manage to find some new ones! In just a few minutes the problem was solved!

We (and all our guests alike) were blown away by the setup/decor. It certainly wasn’t a simple task organising for over a 100 guests, accommodations, transport, meals, activities, etc were handled by Khun May. Everything ran very smoothly on wedding day, despite a short quick shower right before the ceremony! Highly recommended team, attention to detail and very efficient.
